I'm in the process of filing a claim. Reading all these negative reviews have really alarmed me. I hope that I will not have any problems getting my claim approved. Having transmission problems. What I can attest to is when calling customer service, they do seem to be bothered by your questions. Hope everything else is better than the reps who are paid to do their job.
