I had to hunt to find how many pages a factory Brother LC61 ink cartridge should print. Black = 450 pages and these sell for over $20.00 each. I purchase the compatible black ink cartridges as well as their color counterparts and have been purchasing them for the last 4 years from www.eink2go.com with only a few defective cartridges out of several hundred. At first we had a black ink viscosity issue, wrong ink in the cartridge. They replaced everyone of them, no hassle! That was over three years ago. Out of the cartridges I've purchased in the last three years I have 1 black cartridge that leaked in the package, so what; they are $3.50 not $24.97 each.
If you know what you are doing these ink cartridges work fine, at least as well as the factory cartridges at multiples times the price! eInk2go ships rapidly and package pretty well, at least it gets here undamaged.
I recently had a large volume of flyers to print and though I was going through cartridges pretty fast. That caused me to check out the page quantity that I should get from each ink cartridge. The eink2go cartridges gave me on average 90-95% of the factory cartridge stated page count at 15% of the cost. That is a good deal in my book!!
NOTE: eInk2go does not sell the high volume ink cartridges (LC65) for my series of Brother printers, only standard volume (LC61).
