I bought this helicopter from Xheli and when I got it, it was not what it was written in the specifications. The size written on the website it was in CENTIMETERS: "Product size: 26.5*37*10.5cm". But when I got the product, was like a small helicopter that was long barely as the palm of my hand. I talked to them and I told them that this is not what I have ordered. They argued with me that actually this is what I have ordered, etc, etc. I sent an email to the "supervisor" aka Raiden James - I am not sure if this is his real name or not, but I got no response from them. I expected that! They sent me a return code so I can return the product to them and they said that I have to pay for the returning the product. I was like - are you kidding me?? And then, they would have refunded me only the price of the helicopter. That is SO wrong !!! I am not sure how in the world they survive on the market and why the authorities don't take them down, after so many complaints. Anyway, I didn't return the product and now I am waiting for a response from them through BBB. This is a VERY VERY VERY BAD business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep your money and buy from somewhere else !!!!!!!
