THEY SOLD ME A LEMON,WHEN ASK IF THE VAN WE BOUGHT HAS ANY HISTORY OF ANY ACCIDENTS THEY STATED NO,THAT WAS SAID BY FIANCE MANAGER,DEAN.WHEN WE DROVE IT HOME A HUGE CLUNK NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END.TOOK IT BACK THEY FIX THE BACK END AND NOT THE FRONT. MADE ME LOOK AS IF I WAS JUST CRAZY WENT TO LOOK AT ANOTHER DEALER FOR A SECOND CAR THEY ASKED ABOUT MY VAN THEY PULLED OUT HISTORY FOR ME FOUND OUT MY VAN WAS IN A REALLY BAD CAR ACCIDENT. THE WHOLE FRONT RIGHT SIDE TOTALED. PLUS WE STILL SHARED WITH SERVICE MANAGER THAT THE VAN STILL HAD LOUD CLUNK BUT NOW FOLLOWED BY A GRINDING SOUND. SERVICE MEC. ROAD WITH US AND COMFIRMED OUR PROBLEM ALONG WITH OTHER PROBLEMS THAT WHERE VISIBLE TO THE PROFESSIONAL.FIXED SO THEY SAID THREE DAYS PASS PROBLEM REAPPEARED AGAIN,ALONG WITH A RECALL PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO SEE US SOON.THIS PROBLEM STILL HAS NO END BUT I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO WORTHINGTON FORD,OR RECOMMEND ANYONE.
