We have tried this company. Too bad I didn't check them with the BBB BEFORE they came over. They certainly demonstrated WHY they got a FAIL rating. The came over, charged me before cleaning, stayed exactly 2 hours and left. They also broke a cherished ceramic, stating that "it was already broken." When I threatened to sue, the man laughed in my face. They also stole a bag of cans and bottles that I kept for recycling. I contacted the owner and they wouldn't work with me at all. In fact, the male owner of the business called me, threatening me, etc. But I didn't back down. I found the proper legal recourse and they ended up refunding all my money. I keep seeing their ad in the monthly Valu-Pak. It makes me want to scream warnings to EVERYONE NOT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY GET A ZERO STAR RATING FROM ME!
