I have been in a rental business for about 10 years. Believe me, I worked with many manufacturers over this long period of time, and I can tell you that these guys are the best in quality of inflatables they make and in customer service they provide. Every time I would order inflatables from Ultimate Jumpers, either Tony or Mary would treat me in a friendly and respectful manner following up with the shipping company and getting back to me making sure I receive my order on time. I've never had any problems with units from Ultimate Jumpers and highly recommend them to anyone based on my own experience.
