THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MARK OR DAVE
I purchased this warranty from Tony Cruz, who was exceptional! However he does not work for this company any more. He gave excellent customer service all the time. The company put these other people in charge and they are going to make US Direct go down.
I paid for the policy in full, 3600 dollars. I simply requested a copy of my policy and the guy became rude for no apparent reason, He denied me a copy because it would cost them 25.00. He became nasty and upset for no reason. I request to speak to a manager
and he placed me on hold for 15, minutes. I called back and he stated that he was purposely placing me on hold. I'm assuming he has a mental problem by his behavior. I am purchasing another car and was sure to get another policy from US Direct however after
that horrible phone experience its a no go... I have never dealt with such rudeness. You guys need to remember that it take customers and money to make your company successful. If you hire people with low quality customer service skills your sure to shut down.
If there is a recording for phone calls,I advise you to listen in...
