My story falls in line with the many here. Bought 09 Suburban from eBay auction but not on eBay as the Seller “BRYAN" declined offer on eBay and then accepted same offer suspiciously outside of eBay...I know now, so as to avoid a "BAD" eBay rating ding and so they can maintain their false 100% rating. Knowing full well this vehicle was misrepresented in his AD; Bryan advertised Vehicle as "Rebuilt" but to the highest standards and had light damage. Light damage my foot... The vehicle arrived with 3 front air bags blown and AB computer shot ($3000 repair); crushed 4wd transfer carrier and gear case. Frame severely bent, frame poorly and unsafely welded causing the vehicle to track skewed, AC condenser crushed, engine smoking, botched body work repair, etc, etc...just a mess and unsafe to drive and certify in Nevada...it was salvage/scrap at best, not rebuilt NOT WITH AIR BAGS BLOWN!!!. $8K in repairs and growing/ NOT REBUILT as advertised BUT JUNK!. How they got a rebuilt title with State of Florida is beyond me and being inevstigated now as complaint file with DMV also. IMHO - The owner Ken is a real treat to deal with...Ken: "let me tell you how this is going to go, I'm not going to do a thing for you and if you sue me I have the biggest (dick) lawyer in Broward County and you are just going to waste $10K and no court is going to award you anything." Well he has underestimated me and my resolve...Spoke with AG in Florida and it appears these guys are already on the radar screen for fraudulent activity. EBay has been notified that their "100% A+ Rating is a sham as they are manipulating their customer sales outside of eBay, Posting Ebay auctions, then declining customers bids and then contacting them with a second chance outside of Ebay thereby, avoiding BAD eBay ratings for their more egregious sales acts and sales of crap misrepresented vehicles... eBay rating is misleading and gives buyers a false sense of reputation and confidence when dealing with these people. FACTS - Check out BBB complaints 21 in the last 3 years (mostly false misleading advertising, which is what most Internet buyers rely on....Confidence they are dealing with a trustworthy, honorable organization....This is not the case. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER OR BUYER BEWARE - IMHO. You will be glad you did and I hope I help others from being scammed, I only wish I checked these guys (Ken & Bryan) out earlier with BBB, Internet reviews. Trustlink and Yellow page reviews....had I known, had I seen eBay rating issues, I never would have dealt with these guys. eBay is also partially to blame as they have been notified through their TRUST & SECURITY DEPARTMENT of these problems. To their credit they are notifying local FBI field office about this organization and their possible criminal/RICO activity. Where there's smoke, there's fire...stay clear.
