Beware of The Spanish Group

I ordered and paid for a sworn translation Dutch-Spanish.
I received a certified translation with a certificate that says that the translator is certified for Englis Spanish. When I complained, I was told that they do not do sworn translations and certified only English-Spanish. I asked for a refund but they want only give me a credit, that does not serve me at all.
