This company has been an absolute nightmare. They are very pushy and will not take no for an answer. I was pressured into giving them my bank account information just to make an inquiry, they told me that it would not be processed, well, it was. They will not cancel it, they keep telling me "It's been cancelled, I took care of it," but their letters tell me otherwise. I've ended up having to close that bank account and open up a new one just to keep them out of it. I also asked them to take me off of their call list and they told me that was done, ten minutes later they call me! They call nonstop from 8am to 9:30pm, just to hang up on me. I guess on top of my bank account I'm just going to have to change my phone number too. I wish I could've given them 0 stars, unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating you can give on here.
