Not Thrilled with Summus Management

I live in Oak Tree which this management company oversees. About 7 years ago, I had a large tree branch fall onto my roof and damage it. The HOA had to pay for the damage out of insurance. About a year ago, I noticed that the tree needs to be trimmed back. There are several large branches that are close to my roof. I would hate to see the branches damage the roof again and the HOA have to pay out of their insurance policy. I connected Summus by phone and by letter and nothing has been done.
