Poor work, dont trust them for anything!

I hired this company over a year ago and have had nothing but headaches since. Their prep work was inadequate, follow-up pretty much non-existent. After I paid them for a complete house painting I started having bubbling, cracking and preliminary to this
date they aren't fixed. I've had numerous discussions with the owner and his reps and now after a year they say they won't fix it. They will not live up to their contract and are confrontational.
