My experience with SLBM has been an absolute nightmare. Two months after I traded in my car and bought a new one, I'm still receiving DMV notices that the transfer hasn't been processed. They sold me a truck with a written promise that they would detail it and complete a few repairs. The deail job was poor and they did a quick fix on the repairs. Two days later I called to say the heater was still broken and they refused to fix it. The sales manager refused to have the mechanics clean my fuel filter, saying it should run for 100,000's of miles before that ever 'had to be done'. They lied about my interest rate and told me I'd get another .25% off when I signed papers at the bank--the bank had never heard about that. This dealership passes you off from person to person so they don't have to keep promises the other one made. From the owner, to the sales manager, the service manager, and all 4 sales reps we dealt with, every last one of them lied about one aspect of the sale. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to stay away. 20 years of buying cars and I've never been treated this badly.
