I was truly disappointed in the experience I had when I leased my new Honda from Rick Case Honda. Until I had signed on the dotted line, everyone was nice, helpful, and I was promised the world. However, once I had the keys, the customer service ended. Despite a number of complaint letters to Rick Case himself, they did nothing at all. I had to contact Honda Motor Company in California to get my problems resolved. Once my lease is over, I am certain that I will never deal with Rick Case Honda again!
