After close to a month of waiting, I finally went to this company's shop and physically picked up my window unit. After 1 evening of satisfactory use, I woke up to find that the unit had stopped cooling. To make matters worse, there is no one to call at their business on the weekends.
The only saving grace (and I mean 'only') is the 90 day warranty on parts and labor.
