When we started with this company they had an A+ rating. They took $2,500.00 of our money up front and applied for numerous programs to get our mortgage payment down. Then they just up and disappeared. The "sister" company said they had nothing to do with them. They had a recording saying so; I was not able to talk to anyone. Said to leave our number and that it was being investigated, etc. I think all who have been affected should file a class action suit. I would like to rate them as 0, but I guess the lowest this site allows is 1.
