No one seems to know where anything is...

Everything was fine EXCEPT for the on-line shipment status reports. PlumberSurplus.com showed parts had not been shipped when, in fact, they were already on their way. I even called PlumberSurplus to ask a live rep what the latest was on the order. He said they had not been shipped WHEN, IN FACT, THEY WERE ALREADY ON THEIR WAY. Why is this a big deal, to receive it sooner than reported on PlumberSurplus.com? It caused a huge scheduling hassle on the delivery end and people scrambling to find the parts days after it finally showed as delivered. We thought the parts had been stolen and were about to order another set. Big hassle. Why is this so hard?
