Have been calling and calling trying to reach these guys every single day for the last two week just after receiving my electric fan for my truck that their site said "Specific Fit" my truck and engine size. After i tried to install it and found that it was nearly three inches to wide. I told in the guy who sold it to me and was told i had to talk to a manager, was he was gone for the day, so i could leave a message. Wait most the the next day no return call, called them and talked to the manager. and was told that they would pay for the return shipping and get a return for the fan. Checked my account with them, it showed a $50 restocking and only $194. 95 of the $255.64 that i paid. Checked email and no return shipping or anything from these guys!
