Never completed the job

I am writing this review because this business began great and then took my money and woulld never return to complete the job.
Left 5 messages for this person to contact me and I was on permanent ignore from then on.
It was sad I paid in advance thinking people are honest and would really live up to their commitment but I was very wrong.
I could have thrown a lot of work to this company because I work with 300 staff in our department which 90% are woman and we all share our good experiences with who we hire to do our work.
Sad this ended up where I had to hire another person to redo the mess created by this company
