I wonder why the worst business out there still can get one star on here. Well, let me tell you what I think about this particular one and I will tell you why. Let's just say that Nitro Model Planes (NMP from now on) becomes the only company in the world that you could get anything for your RC hobbies, then I could not care less and switch to some other hobbies have nothing to do with RC or something not even remotely related to it. Of course, I will not spend a single cent on anything that NMP sells. Simply it's not worth it. Basically it went down like this: I ordered three RC planes from NMP on 3/23. Then I was informed (via email) that one of them was on back order for at least 4-6 weeks, but it's charged to my CC anyway. Took delivery of two planes, both had damaged parts due to very poor packing from Chinese factory where they are made. Called up, a guy told me to send back both parts (happen to be the fuselages) on one return shipping label for exchange. Did that. Then on 4/7, a bogus UPS shipping info was emailed to me that a package was being shipped. Never got anything since there was never a package. From then on, I tried phone calls, online chat and their support board. I was getting conflicting stories from everyone I had contacted with. Online guy told me that I had to return everything for exchange and would send me return shipping labels, but he did not do anything as the conversation never took place. Online support guy does not have a clue what's going on and said will issue a refund when I requested, rather than feel sorry, he said that I was making a big deal out of that I was out $315 for over a month with nothing from NMP. I also repeatedly told the online chat support guy to cancel the back order. Apparently he did not do anything either, I got a shipping notice in the 6th week from the original purchase date that the third plane was being shipped. Then I had to tell the support board guy to cancel the shipment and that was probably the only thing they did right since it would have been refused by me when it gets to my door anyway. Then when I finally talked to a woman about refund, she said we couldn't refund you shipping as if that I was not happy with the products and returned them, little did she know that I never got a chance to see if they are good or not. It was such a bad idea to contact anyone at NMP for getting a refund. I had to file complaint with BBB and my CC company to finally straighten this out after 48 days. If you just have a need (for some reason that I don't want to know) to buy from NMP, use PayPal if you have to get your money back. They will keep NMP on a tight leash for sure.
