This company is a complete RIP OFF! I purchased my contract for my 2004 VW JETTA GI, as of 4/1/2009. The total cost of the contract was $2,500 for 5 years. Last April, I begin having some car problems which first involved a Coolant Sendor. My VW Auto Service Dealer contacted NATIONAL DEALERS WARRANTY to find out if part was covered, and of course it was not. Since then I've had Oxgyen Sensors,Transmission,Gaskets etc,and each time I reread by contract and spoke with a customer service rep. Either myself or my mechanic was informed that these parts etc. was not covered! I've have kept up the required maintenance on my car yearly, which stated in the contract. So if I was true to the contract why can't they be. The cost was also ridiculous!! I feel this company should be investigated and carefully looked into regarding their unethical, poor business practice, false advertising, and clearly ripping off poor consumer!
