Very dissatisfied with the whole team. The sales rep lied about having a car in stock. I called 10 minutes before going over there! She looked on the computer and assured me it was in stock. When I got there.... No car. The manager lied about selling THAT car. I know he lied because he refused to show me the sales receipt for that day. What kind of manager refuses to show the sales receipt, especially if he said he was selling a lot of cars. He should be proud and show it off to a potential customer. Instead, he tried to sell me a more expensive car. One I didn't want. Very disappointed with the service. Especially when they claim in their commercials that "you" are the "boss". Don't let them fool you into getting something you don't want
