My 2 and a half year old broke a crossbar on his Emily collection crib. I emailed the company via there website parts order system. 2 weeks later I get an email from somebody saying that I owe them $35 and I need to email them my credit card info. There was no letter head and the only thing that looked like it might be from the company was MDB typed at the bottom of the email. I went back to the contact us link on there page and emailed them again they told me my claim would be turned over to somebody else and it would be taken care of. A month later I had not heard anything back yet. I started emailing them again. I finally got somebody to email me back and they asked me for my phone number. I told them I didn't want them to sell my number to other companies. When I started my email process with MDB so did a bunch of junk mail to my inbox.
