Million Dollar Baby does not stand behind their products. Since they make baby furniture, I am extremely concerned for the safety of children using their cribs. The drop-side of the Annabelle 3-in-1 crib broke off after only 2 1/2 years of use while my son was in it. Thank God he did not get hurt, but I feel I need to warn people not only because of the crib being unsafe, but also because the company does not stand by their products as they did nothing in response to my call. How can you trust a company and their products when they ignore the fact that this happened. True I am only one family - but this happening to one family is too much to dismiss. When will they pay attention - when someone is seriously injured? That is too late. Does a slightly expired warranty make this okay? I've seen cribs last for life. Sad.
