This company enlighten me about transporting my car. Jim Gozde (staff) showed excellent customer service and professionalism. Mercury Auto Transport has definitely gone the extra mile for a customer even if there was no contract. I was impressed that they shared tips and links about safety on the road. I found that to be caring.
