I have been VERY impressed by Jim with Luv R Blinds and would highly recommend him. I recently needed a treatment for a custom-size window on patio door, and after meeting with Jim and other vendors, I decided to hire Jim. I was very pleased with Jim's product knowledge, his years of experience in this business, his "no pressure" approach, and how quickly he responds to phone calls. I had him install an insulated honeycomb shade that has worked out perfectly for us on that window. I've called Jim 2 times since regarding corded faux wood blinds that my children have broken, and rather than try to sell me on new blinds or other window treatments, Jim very kindly and inexpensively agreed to repair my blinds. This speaks volumes to me about the kind of business person that Jim is - the good old-fashioned kind that you really enjoy working with and the kind that you don't hesitate to recommend to others.
