Koyal has quality products with reasonable prices. I am an event designer and baker, I will continue to use their products and refer their business to my clients. The only item I wish could be worked on is the shipping price, especially on glass items. As I know how delicate they are it would be great that if additional purchased items were not charged shipping or if you had a discount on shipping. Other than that I have no complaints as a consumer and professional
