POOR QUALITY!!!

I purchased three comforter sets from this company. There site says the sets retailed for $369. I paid $69.99 for each of the items. They were not even worth that amount. One set came in a clear plastic trash bag which was put in shrink wrap and than placed in its original packaging. It looked used. I have tried to reach them four times today. Twice by phone and I left a message and two emails. No response. I feel ripped off.
