I don't know if e-mailing them back and fourth for MORE than 12 months counts as an experience within the last twelve months but the "Please provide proof of purchase" when in response to an e-mail that INCLUDES proof of purchase and asks for a refund/product/tracking# is certainly unacceptable. In recent months I have not even gotten a response to my e-mails.
Their communication in the last 12 months has been seriously, extremely lacking. Not only did I not recieve my product(currently over one year since ordering) but every e-mail I get is either reassuring that resolution is eminent? or dodging any attempt at resolution by saying "Please provide proof of puchase". I gave them a screenshot of the PAYPAL RECIEPT- I listed the tracking# - what more proof can I provide? Should I need to send video of myself ording the product? I swear I have e-mailed them more than half a dozen times over the last year ranging from 1 month ago to more than twelve and I have not had a satisfactory response from ANY of those e-mails. This serious lack of communication and effort at resolution espescially in the last six months has lead ME to conclude that it is possible either utter incompetence/failure/ or BLATANT FRAUD is taking place.
I find it hard to chalk it up to an honest mistake and this is why I would give them a negative (minus 12 stars) review as I would not be surprised if I found that they may be ripping off a majority of their customers.
If they had said "Here is you tracking#" or "After checking your transaction ID# we have given you a full refund-sorry for inconvenience" or even if they had said "Sorry, to be honest, we don't have seeds and we just spent the money and are now in Aruba(thanks) while we file for bankruptcy and shutdown our business/website" I would think of them as being more professional or honest or decent, but this is inexcusable(In MY opinion).
