Review 4/11/2011

I returned home between 6:30 and 7pm last Monday night to find a 6'+ piece of ridge vent aluminum flapping against the top of my house! My roof was replaced in 1994, but I never expected that. On top of it all, the weather report called for 65+ MPH winds and driving rain that night.
I called several companies and left messages. I finally found one who would come, but only much later that night (an hour plus) for a tidy sum. About fifteen minutes later, I got a call back from John McClung giving me his worker's cell number. When I called him, the guy showed up within 15 minutes. He and his two other workers had the ridge vent in place in 5 minutes before the storm hit for a very reasonable sum.
I am now considering hiring this company to replace these worn ridge vents and they've given me a written estimate, which also seems very reasonable. My experience thus far has been very favorable.
