Gary McNeely was my salesman and he is a good man. The dealership is terrible. I can not even rate the service department because Eddie, the service manager, is so inept and dishonest that he can't get parts or schedule service. I have been to the dealership eight times post sale and there has never been a service order written. It has been 11000 miles and I have not even been able to schedule an oil change (I take it elsewhere every 3000 miles). They are completely irresponsible and the owner, Dirhold, is abusive. The finance manager, in the negotiation, invoked my salesman's deceased daughter and how my desire for the full rebate/bonus/whathaveyou would really upset my salesman as he was going through his bad time. My gentleman salesman is betwixt and between and keeps apologizing and blaming the inept staff at the dealership. All this and I drive a rattlebox with a scratched windshield that took almost a month to order after three visits to the dealership. THEY REFUSE TO FIX MY VAN! I read the BBB guidelines and I apologize as I have nothing constructive or positive to say about this company.
