Be very wary if you bring your Infiniti to these guys for service. Every time I have brought a vehicle in, I later get a call from the service adviser, who tells me that the mechanic has "noticed some things" and has some recommendations for additional services (aka dealer-recommended services). The list that you are presented with is the usual high-profit, unnecessary service enhancements that are not part of maintenance schedules from the manufacturer, or services you really don't need at all. Thankfully, I know enough about cars & recommended service intervals to say no to these sharks. The only bright spot is they give you a loaner to drive for a reasonable price and a free bottle of water (both of which you pay dearly for if you agree to the add-ons).
