I ordered a watch for my father in time for Christmas. It was the 11th of January before I received ANY response to my 6 emails and numerous phonecalls. I was then notified I would be refunded. The lack of response was what really made me mad. I could have gotten something else somewhere else for my father, but was waiting for a watch that never came. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
