This company is also doing business on the Internet as Clocksmall.com.
I ordered from their web site and two weeks later, my clock still has not shipped, however, they charged my credit card the day I ordered the clock. I sent them three emails, asking them to respond with a status, and have gotten no responses. I called and always get a recording to leave a message. My credit card company even called them and cannot get through to them. I leave messages and they never return the phone call. So, essentially, this company located at 1436 East Borchard Avenue is running a scam on the Internet. They have a nice web site that gives a lot of detail on how customer-service oriented they are, and it is all lies. Do NOT order anything online from them! Now I have to get my credit card company to do a charge back, and this is of course a big hassle.
