The dealership installed an aftermarket navigation radio system in the vehicle and sold it as authorized by Toyota. The radio and dash rattle excessively. After numerous attempts to correct the problem their solution is to replace the radio with a stock non navigation radio. This is not acceptable. One of their employees upon hearing of the rattle stated, I can believe that from a Venza, another stated that is why I only drive Infinities. WOW.... I have owned several Toyota vehicles, I doubt if I will ever buy another. I'm filing with the state arbitration board. Steer clear of this dealership and Toyota.
