Great service!!! I get my Toyota Venza serviced every 3 to 4 months for its required oil changes and tire rotations… and not once has Hooman Toyotas service department nor sales department come to fail me. I purchased my vehicle approximately 9 months ago and I had a great salesperson help me upon the purchase of my Venza by the name of Julie Wang. She gave us a full comprehension of the vehicle and a thorough explanation of the vehicles features and capabilities, the day I purchased my vehicle I had my hands full meaning that I had all of my children with me, but it wasn’t too dreadful due to Julie kindly taking care of them and offering them some popcorn and other goodies that Hooman Toyotas sales department furnishes! Whenever you buy a car Hooman Toyota you are given a VIP card that has your information registered under the dealership and your entitled to complimentary car washes, complimentary oil changes, free tires for as long as you own your car, courtesy loaner vehicle, express shuttle service to and from anywhere. Wayne Leblanc, shows to be the epitome of what a service advisor should be. He always makes me feel right at home and explains himself thoroughly every visit. During the time my vehicle was getting inspected they have a great lounge furnished with state of the art massage chairs and plasma televisions, which you could use at your convenience and if you so happen to make a visit in the mornings they serve delicious donuts, coffee, cappuccino, latté’s and much more! What came as an extreme shocker to me, that I have not witnessed at any other dealership providing is their complimentary loaner vehicle department where they provide you with a free loaner vehicle at the same make and model of your car while your vehicle is being fixed, all at your convenience, which was just a wonderful experience because I had to pick up my children from school. Overall, the customer service as a whole is awesome and very persistent at everything they do. They’re always on the right track with my repairs and it’s insistently repetitive every time!
