We both two scooters. They weren't running right, so we took it to Franks Power Equipment. They told us, these are cheap Chinese scooter, witch I think was rude for them to say. Anyway, Frank reassured me that they will fix everything on them, they will make it right.
My son seized his engine, they put another engine in it. It was still not running good, so we took it back. Few days later, we drove by to see what's going on, we were told it's ready. They never called us!
Anyway, they started it up, a few minutes later, the scooter stopped running, right there in their parking lot. The employee got mad, because now he couldn't blame us like they did in a past. Yes, they told us that we don't staring it up the right way, it's our fault, etc.
So, when the scooter broke down right there, the employee got mad, and while he took it off the stand, he broke off the trunk.
The few days later when my ex went back to get it, the old trunk was fixed, but as usual they didn't do a good job. Than they said if we want a new trunk, we should pay for half of it!!
It has some scrathes on it, when it was bouncing on a concrete.
My daughter scooter is a similar story. We were promised they will take care of it, new battery, tune up, about $200.00 dollars later, it's not running!
I wish I could just get my money back, and forget I ever walked into this place.
We will file complains wherever we can, so other people don't have to go through what we have.
Very rude people, blaming us, the manufacturer, everybody but themselves.
