Dishonest, irresponsible con-man. Do not pay him ANYTHING until job is completely done. Once he has money, he disappears. He tore up our yard and we could not get clear answers on when job would be completed; it never was completed--at least not by "Exquisite Landscapes". We had to call another landscaper to complete the job and initiate credit card dispute to recover money.
