I purchased the combo 3800 stringing maching almost a year now and havent gotten any practical use. As requested by the company, I have shipped the parts and keep getting the same parts back without any resolution. After 2 months of problems after I purchased the machine,I requested a refund and the company did not agree to give me a refund. I am sending another email requesting the owner to call me back again. Product, Service sucks. Someone needs to help consumers out!!! We are getting ripped off with terrible products and services from this company. The company doesn't seem to care once they get your monies. HELP!

Hi Michelle,

I just received the string gripper. However, this is the Original one that I sent in with the problem. I was told a few times I called to find out the status that the company shipped a new replacement. This is almost been a year working with your company in trying to resolve this issue. I spend more money and time trying to ship the same string gripper over and over again only to have the same problems.

Do you think something is wrong here?

I appreciate if you can ask the OWNER to call me directly next week to let me know what he is going to do to resolve this problem or please send me the contact name and phone number and I can call myself.
