I scheduled a driving experience for my husband for his birthday. After much financial debate I decided to go ahead and order the more expensive 16 lap package for him. In reading over the website Drive tech prided itself on giving you what you pay for. They said you will get the laps you pay for, you will not have to wait around to drive. Thats why being on time for your appointment is so important. Needless to say my husband waited around for 2 hours before he could drive. They had taken so many walkins that the appointments made were bumped. When he did finally get in the car, he ended up doing only a little over half the amount of laps I paid for. I was very upset. I spoke with the owner, who told me he would review the dvd and get back to me. Well when my father finally contacted them some how magically the dvd for my husbands car did not work. Shocking. So the owner said he would refund the full package. Turns out after many phone calls to Mark Ebert the supposed president and his secretary Jamie Lynn we were not refunded the total package just the dvd. When I had spoken with Mr. Ebert about the discrepensy in laps he said if my husband had not done 16 laps we would be refunded the difference that was not done either. This racing school is a high priced scam!
