I literally had to sit in front of their office on 15491 RedHill avenue over there to get my complaints resolved. This is worse than signing up for a fitness club that takes out money out of your checking account... They do not want to give you back unused portion of your warranty, even if you're sick, dead, and don't have the car anymore!!!
Any business using bogus addresses to hide from their consumers should be a big warning about how shady they are!!
