DCH Jeep gave us estimates for about $600 worth of work on our 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We demurred on the work and later found out from another chain shop that the repairs DCH recommended were bogus and did not require attention. NEVER NEVER NEVER do any work over $100.00 DCH recommends without getting a second opinion. They are merely churning business. The people working customer service are nice and friendly, but the work they are advising should be questioned.
