I received a DGL-4500 Xtreme N Gaming Router for Christmas of 2010. It stopped working on February 1. Contact customer support for a return authorization number and 3 hours later I finally get someone to say they are sending me another router. Customer service is pathetic, when they can't resolve your issue, they hang up on you or put you on hold for 20 minutes at which time you're call is dropped. One would think that a $200 router would work a lot longer than one month. I plugged in the LinkSys router that I thought I was replacing and I immediately got better performance from a $40 piece of equipment. I will never deal with this company again and will recommend that everyone considering buying thier products run as fast as you can before you throw your money away. As for me, I'll likely put the new router up on EBay to try to get at least some of my money back.
