There staff does not care you call they will hang up on you if they cant solve your problem. You tell them the issue present them a solution to it and they still dont listen when you just had shown them how it can be done. On there forums they were clearly shown there routers can be hacked did they patch it? Nope left it alone claimed it was bs. The dns issue has been pointed out not just on dlinks site but every router site there is will dlink issue a fix nope doubt it its been to long now they have done nothing. Now we have the issue with securespot and customers who never used it are being hijacked and have to reset there router daily to browse the web. Do you think its fair that you have to turn it on then turn it off to browse the web daily? I surely dont. That would be like buying a car and asking for permission daily from onstar to drive its not right I paid for it remove it or buy it back from me.
