My experience was much like Janel W. I never signed anything however; they went ahead and charged my credit card. I still am trying to get my money back.
Please take me seriously when I say, the best thing you can do is to take your money elsewhere... Even if you flush it down the toilet you would come up as a winner rather than dealing with Cross Country Auto Transport.
This company is the worst business that I have had to deal with in a very long time. The company reps (especially Beth Feldman) are manipulative, obnoxious and say anything to get you to provide your credit card number. Afterwards they quickly charge a large amount of money without authorization. When you cancel your order and request a refund, they turn nasty. They stop answering emails and phone calls as soon as you confront them with their business practices.
This company’s website should have a giant banner going across the screen that reads:
WARNING! Use at your own risk....
