I've placed several orders with them- some quite small. Delivery is always as promised; the only time there was ever a delay was when they received material that they weren't willing to use because of a quality issue. They called me right away and let me know, and then contacted me as soon as the new order came in. I've been able to add to or correct orders that were in process with no hassle, also.
