I would not recommend this company.. They made my move more stressful then it already was. I thought they were great when I talked to Bernie and he assured me all would be okay.. that was the last time I ever spoke to BERNIE !! This pick up was set up 1 month in advance and I was never called or notified if everything was on schedule for pick up day and what time they would be there.. After numerous calls and leaving messages my mother was able to finally reach someone on her end and they had no clue about when the car would be picked up. I asked before I chose this company if they were a Carrier and BERNIE said yes we are, and if my car would be in CA by the 11th of May and BERNIE said yes.. don't worry about anything.. I never heard from Bernie again !! Finally ..afternoon on day of pick up I get a call from the driver (BROKER) who was very nice and professional.. more so then Continental. My car is not in CA yet.. but I will keep you posted !! If you treasure your sanity.. don't use this company !!
