LOTS OF PROMISES. POOR SERVICE. NO RESULTS. TOXIC CULTURE.

Not Reputable. First they raised the price by $100 on my invoice after quoting me a lower price over the phone. After signing the order for 3 vehicles to be shipped to me at the higher price, they called back the following day and said they made another
mistake, the price was actually going to be another $1400, but they would graciously take $100 off of that price for me because of their mistake. The "boss" was "not available" to talk to me and "does not like to talk to customers". Miguel was going to call
me back today and he's "already left". "Try back in the morning". Martin said he wanted to be helpful but could not do anything without Martin or the boss (who prefers not to talk to customers). Another day lost. Don't even waste time here. They also apparently
work under the name "Blue Star Auto Carriers" LOTS OF PROMISES. POOR SERVICE. NO RESULTS. TOXIC CULTURE.
