Contracted with Continental to move a car from Florida to Ohio. Made the arrangements well in advance and reconfirmed several times, including 7 days prior to scheduled pick up window of April 23-26. I was assured by Continental.. no problem, we will be there. My wife and I were leaving FL on April 27 to return to Ohio. Basically, I was told they forgot and picked up another car instead. We rescheduled several follow up pick up dates (2-3 times-which they canceled as well.. lots of excuses, etc.). Finally they picked up the car May 13 (we had to make arrangements for local person to meet them at the house for each scheduled pick up time.) They quoted us 515 dollars but actual charge was 705 dollars. (they said deposit of 115 would go on credit card but they charged the card 130). Balance of 575 paid when car delivered ( or no car). Rescheduling was bad enough but they just did not communicate (they never called me to keep me updated, etc). If I did not call every few days to check on what was going on, my car would still be in Florida.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
On the positive side, the driver who delivered the car was very nice. (he was from Colorado I believe and not part of continental)
