horrible/Worst company

I purchased a futon to have for the holidays because I had family coming in. I received the futon but they sent me the wrong legs that was one thing. I have been trying to call to at least get the correct legs but I already purchased a better and cheaper couch. Now I just want to return and get my money back and I am not getting an answer every time I try to chat the chat icon goes away. I sent an email over a week ago and have not gotten a response I am furious. I will never shop here again. I will get my money back or I will be taking out a law suit too.
